Class 5 - Texture Maps - Tank Image Differences

I know this was an "in-class" assignment but I don't want to be behind in my posts...
The differences that I see between the texture mapped and flat shaded/color objects is primarily detail.  In the texture mapped tank image gives you the ability to see the tank in high detail and more clearly represents the tanks shape and form.  The flat shaded/colored image is not as crisp and lacks detail of the shape.  The texture mapped image looks more realistic than the flat shaded/colored image.
